Customer agreement
What you are buying, on one page.
This is the agreement between you and Funolio when you keep a site we built. It is short on purpose. The full terms and privacy page sit behind it.
$15 a month gets you
- Your site, live on your own domain, hosted and kept running by us, with a secure certificate.
- An account where you change any word or photo yourself; it shows on the site when you press Publish.
- Bigger changes on request, in your own words: we make them, show you first, and quote first when it is more than a small edit.
- A fresh rebuild once a year, at no charge, when you ask.
- A person who reads and answers your email, usually the same day and always within one business day.
$200 once gets you
- The whole site as files, yours to host anywhere, with a permanent licence to use and change it. No monthly charge, no hosting, no editing account from us.
- If you were paying monthly first, 50% of what you paid comes off the price.
- Would rather not deal with hosting? Leave it with us for $8 a month: the same account, editing and support, without the yearly rebuild.
Cancelling
Any time, from your account, with no notice period and no fee. The site stays up to the end of the month you paid for. You can take the files with you before or after, at the outright price less your credit.
Who owns what
Your words, pictures, reviews and facts are yours. Your domain is yours, wherever it is registered; if we registered it for you, we transfer it to you at no charge when you ask or when you leave. The layouts and code we build with are ours; buying the site gives you a permanent licence to the site we built for you.
Refunds
A monthly charge already taken is not refunded, but the month is yours. An outright purchase is refunded in full within 14 days if you have not downloaded the files. If we ever cannot keep your site up, we refund the month.
What we do not promise
Search rankings, calls or sales. We promise a site that is honest, works on a phone, is checked every hour, and is looked after by a person.
