The whole site as files — every page, picture and stylesheet — to put on any host you like. No hosting from us, no monthly fee, and the site is yours outright.
Most people start monthly and take it later if they ever want to; the $200 is the same whenever you decide.
Why is it this cheap?
Because our staff build with the aid of artificial intelligence, which does in an evening what used to take a studio a month. We pass that on. What we do not skip is the reading, the checking and the conversation: those are done by a person, every time.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Nothing until you have seen the site and decided to keep it.
What happens if I stop paying?
The site comes down at the end of the month you paid for. You can take it with you for $200 at any point before or after.
